Return and Cancellation Policy

IFL Plan, Inc. is committed to ensuring satisfaction for all customers who purchase its products.  We rely on our Return and Cancellation Policy to help ensure this satisfaction.

Billing

All Subscribers will be automatically billed on the first day of the new billing cycle.  Company will charge the credit card that was used at time of initial purchase on the first day of the new billing cycle. 

Subscribers will be billed every 30 days starting from initial date of purchase.

Customer may cancel their subscription at any time.  After cancellation of their subscription they will incur no further charges to their credit card and will continue to have access to all IFL Member Services and Materials until the end of their current billing cycle.

If customer wishes to change the credit card used for auto-bill payments, they must contact IFL Customer Service.

IFL Plan Return Policy

IFL Plan, Inc will give a full refund of your initial purchase of The IFL Solution at any time up to five days after your purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.  If you do return your purchase, IFL Plan may at its discretion, refuse to allow you to purchase The IFL Solution a second time.

After the five day return period you will not be entitled to a refund of your purchase.

When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer for the product that they purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return will be processed if it is within five days of initial purchase.

If a customer requests a return, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in whole by issuing a credit to the credit card used for purchase.

IFL Plan Cancellation Policy

A customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription to The IFL Sales Solution at any time.  A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the customer’s account.  The cancellation of a recurring billing purchase does not generate a refund unless it occurs within five days of initial purchase.  If cancellation occurs after five days of initial purchase, it will only stop any future rebills.

If a customer cancels their recurring billing subscription to The IFL Sales Solution, they will continue to have access to the subscription portion of the IFL website, and therefore will continue to have access to The IFL Solution until the end of the current billing cycle in which their cancellation occurs.
